One-Day Workshop:
Getting it Right - Workplace Investigations
Woven’s full-day training is an interactive workshop focused on the core skills required to conduct robust internal workplace investigations in New Zealand. Our sessions are designed for HR team members, in-house counsel and ER specialists. Our methods are developed and refined through years of real-world investigation experience.
Participants work through a practical investigation scenario that allows us to focus on:
Planning an investigation and defining the scope
Gathering evidence and interviewing participants
Assessing credibility of oral and documentary evidence
Making findings on the balance of probabilities
Writing clear, objective and thorough investigation reports
Navigating complex roadblocks, hostile or reluctant participants, dealing with legal representatives, ensuring the investigation neuro-inclusive and addressing health/wellbeing issues.
Training is available in person, via Teams, or as tailored 1.5 hour modules. All sessions are customised to your organisation’s policies and your team’s level of experience.
