Workplace Reviews

When concerns arise in a team or organisation, we step in to help you navigate the way forward.

Sometimes there is no formal complaint — but something does not feel right. High turnover, low morale, a sense that people are reluctant to speak up, or concerns about leadership can all be early signs that something needs to be looked at. A workplace review gives you a clearer picture of what is really going on, before things escalate.

Workplace Reviews

When should you consider a workplace review?

A workplace review is particularly useful when:

  • There are early warning signs but no formal complaints. High team turnover, increased sick leave, poor engagement survey results, or recurring themes in exit interviews can all signal a problem. A review can surface the underlying issue.

  • People are reluctant to speak up. When concerns relate to senior team members, or there is a sense that raising issues may lead to negative consequences, anonymous feedback through an independent reviewer is often the only way to understand what is really happening.

  • Leadership or culture is in question. A review can be particularly helpful for a Board or executive team when there are concerns about how things are being managed — or when the organisation simply wants to check in on how it is tracking.

  • Something has recently changed. Restructures, leadership transitions, or critical incidents can shift workplace culture in ways that are not immediately visible. A review can identify emerging issues early and help rebuild trust by giving people the opportunity to be heard.

What Makes it Work

Independent, anonymous, and focused on what matters

Participants consistently share feedback in an independent review that they would not raise through internal channels. That is not a reflection on the organisation — it is simply what happens when people feel genuinely safe to speak. Our reviews are designed to build that trust from the first conversation.

We ensure that participants understand the process is anonymous, that their feedback will be heard, and that serious concerns will be escalated appropriately. We select a representative cross-section of participants, listen carefully to their feedback, and weight the concerns they raise. The result is a report that reflects what is actually happening — and a clear set of recommendations for what to do next.
